Consumptions

In many cases, a consumer might request for an additional service offering or product which is not part of the regular subscription. As a merchant, you might want to bill the consumer separately for this product or service. Hence, the consumption endpoint is intended to allow the merchant apply this use case. Which type of consumptions and limits to how much a customer can consume is defined in the agreement between the merchant (API consumer) and Riverty.

The consumptions are invoiced together with the next subscription period, but financed and settled towards the merchant when the consumption is added, thereby limiting the credit time for the merchant.
